With 3–5 years of experience, you will partner with managers, implement sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and oversee seamless onboarding in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment and onboarding experience in HR.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of SA labour regulations and interview best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews for fit.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records accurately.
