Placements24 in Pretoria is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist focused on recruitment to join the team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process, in a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with hiring managers across departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience, contributing to the organization's growth and success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of SA labour law and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and job boards.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment screening and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment activity reports.
