Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-office team in Vereeniging. You will own the full recruitment cycle from client brief to onboarding, delivering top talent across multiple industries.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruitment, preferably in consultancy, with excellent interviewing and stakeholder-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in consultancy is preferred.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key client accounts, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidate pools.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Provide expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on progress to senior management and clients.
