About the Role

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and play a key role in shaping the initial impression of the company for incoming employees. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer management.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring a comprehensive and welcoming experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records with accuracy.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding within an HR function.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and South African labour regulations.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
