Qualifications

• Native-level Swiss German or very strong Swiss German language proficiency.
• Previous experience in outbound telephone sales, appointment setting or B2B/B2C customer acquisition.
• Genuine interest in sales, communication and achieving measurable results.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proactive, positive and motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using everyday IT tools.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Previous inbound customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales: Proactively contact prospective customers across B2B and B2C markets to generate new business.
• Telephone-Based Selling: Promote and sell products and services while identifying opportunities to convert leads into customers.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule sales and consultation appointments for the field sales team.
• Lead Follow-Up: Reconnect with existing prospects and customers to nurture relationships and progress sales opportunities.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Introduce relevant products, services and special offers to increase customer value and strengthen retention.
• Customer Reactivation: Re-engage previous customers and identify opportunities to rebuild relationships.
• Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements, gather feedback and conduct customer surveys.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.
• Target Achievement: Work towards agreed sales, productivity and quality targets.
• Customer Support: Provide professional advice over the phone and assist with inbound customer service enquiries via telephone or email when required.
