We value candidates with native-level German, prior inbound service or sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swiss German or native-level proficiency in German.
• Experience in inbound customer service or contact centres is advantageous.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to generate new business via telephone sales and appointment setting.
• Strengthen relationships through loyalty initiatives, offers, upselling and cross-selling.
• Reconnect with previous customers and encourage renewed engagement through targeted offers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat.
• Support order processing and invoicing-related enquiries.
• Conduct surveys to understand customer needs and satisfaction levels.
• Assist customers with general support requests and troubleshoot issues.
