Job summary

People Curated -Intelligent Talent Management is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and grow market share in South Africa's engineering and manufacturing sectors. You will manage key industrial accounts, present technical solutions, and build long-term relationships with engineers and procurement managers while traveling regionally.

A proven track record in technical solution selling and strong negotiation skills are required, along with fluency in English

Qualifications

5+ years of proven sales experience within engineering/manufacturing sectors.
Post-matric qualification in Sales/Engineering is advantageous.
Valid SA Code 8 (EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
History of meeting/exceeding technical sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written English and Afrikaans communication.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in engineering/manufacturing industries.
Build long-term relationships with client decision-makers, engineers, and procurement managers.
Conduct technical presentations and tailor solutions to client needs.
Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and meet targets.
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activity.
