• Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical product recommendations.
• Strong administrative skills with a focus on accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business software.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans; valid driver's license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to both new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client visits and follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales call reports and customer activity updates.
• Address customer enquiries and provide product, pricing, and delivery information.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively resolve concerns.
• Report customer complaints, product issues, and service-related concerns to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
