Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of proven technical sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid South African driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Selling the organization’s full suite of engineering products and service solutions across targeted industries.
• Identifying, developing, and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations decision-makers.
• Conducting technical presentations, site visits, and solution demonstrations.
• Preparing detailed proposals, tenders, and quotations in collaboration with teams in house.
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions via CRM.
• Providing market intelligence and competitor insights to inform commercial strategy.
