Job summary

Cloudbox in Cape Town is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical advisor for allocated accounts and advocate for clients. You will ensure maximum value from Cloudbox services and collaborate with Service Delivery, Engineering, and Pre-sales to align on solutions.

The role requires strong IT infrastructure and cloud skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact for an international client base. Office-based in Pinelands, Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, client-facing role within a technology-focused organisation is required.
• MSP or fast-paced service delivery experience is highly valued.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the client base.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly service reviews focusing on performance, risks, and optimisation.
