Job summary

Cloudbox is seeking a Client Account Administrator to support proposals, billing, reporting, renewals and client administration. You will work with BDMs, Account Managers, Procurement and Senior Leadership in a fast-paced environment in Cape Town.

The role focuses on accuracy, consistency and efficiency across proposals, billing, reporting and renewals, ensuring alignment with pricing, and maintaining client data in Autotask. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with CRM / PSA tools (Autotask desirable).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate client quotations in PandaDoc aligned with the price list.
• Maintain client and opportunity data in Autotask including revenue and cost updates.
• File PandaDoc proposals correctly and maintain proposal templates.
• Ensure PandaDoc pricing and products align with the price list.
