Job summary

Super Group is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner for Technology to partner with the CTO and senior IT leadership. You will shape people strategies, design organisations, and drive workforce planning to enable delivery of engineering, product, and platform roadmaps.

This role leads large-scale transformation, including Agile/DevOps initiatives and platform modernisation, while managing cross-jurisdiction ER and governance to support growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Strategic HRBP for Technology partnering with CTO and IT leaders.
Own talent strategy for engineering and IT and workforce planning.
Lead large-scale transformation including Agile/DevOps, platform modernisation and global team scaling.
Experience with multi-jurisdiction ER and governance.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted partner to CTO, Engineering Directors and senior IT leaders.
Shape and execute people strategies aligned to engineering and product roadmaps.
Lead organisation design, workforce planning and operating model optimisation for global tech teams.
Diagnose and address systemic organisational challenges impacting delivery and performance.
Embed performance frameworks and coach leaders to manage high-performing teams.
