Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead HR Business Partner to drive its digital transformation from a fully remote home office. You will partner with executive leadership and IT to design agile org structures, develop talent, and align HR systems with new digital platforms.

The role requires a master’s in HR or related field, 10+ years of HR experience with strategic leadership, and a track record of large-scale organizational change in tech.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP/leadership role, focusing on digital transformation.
• Proven success leading large-scale organizational change initiatives in technology-focused environments.
• Deep understanding of digital trends, agile methodologies, and future of work concepts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute HR strategies to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to redesign organizational structures and roles for increased agility and efficiency in a digital landscape.
• Lead change management efforts, communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
• Identify future skill requirements and develop talent acquisition and development programs to build digital capabilities.
• Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adaptability throughout the organization.
• Oversee workforce planning to anticipate the impact of digital transformation on staffing needs.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems and processes with new digital platforms.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business units undergoing digital change.
• Measure and report on the impact of HR initiatives on digital transformation progress and employee readiness.
