Job summary

The Focus Group seeks a seasoned change management professional to lead HR product and service change initiatives. You will partner with product teams and leaders, design comprehensive change plans, and drive adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.

You will apply design thinking and measurement to ensure sustainable impact on experience, efficiency and business outcomes, while aligning with governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and strong change management experience across HR or product domains.
• Proven ability to engage leaders, users and HR teams to drive adoption of change.
• Experience in designing and delivering integrated change and communications plans.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR products and agile transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, planning and execution of people change for product/service initiatives.
• Assess change readiness and define implications for program outcomes.
• Embed change in projects and mitigate identified gaps through governance.
• Coach and build change capability across stakeholders and measure impact.
