Job summary

Super Group International is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our leaders and teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment in Cape Town. You will shape people strategies, advise on employment matters and help build sustainable capability across the portfolio.

You will partner with leaders to address talent, performance, and succession, while leveraging data to drive decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies and actions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent across the portfolio.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance and risk with timely, fair outcomes.
• Design and drive performance management processes across the portfolio.
• Support leadership capability by identifying development needs and arranging growth opportunities.
• Leverage people data to inform decisions and implement governance across headcount and attrition.
