Job summary

Clicks Group in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Skills Development Manager to lead WSP/ATR planning, grants management, and LMS governance. The role focuses on aligning skills development with transformation objectives and delivering reporting and governance across the organisation.

You will manage accreditation of learning programmes, drive policy development and collaborate with SETA partners, QCTO and internal stakeholders to optimise funding and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Skills Development, L&D or Human Capital Development.
• 3+ years managing multi-site organisations.
• 5 years' experience in WSP/ATR development and submission.
• 3 years' experience managing SETA relationships, grant funding and levy recovery.
• Experience with accreditation, governance and quality assurance in learning.
• Knowledge of B-BBEE Skills Development requirements and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, consolidation and submission of WSPs and ATRs to align priorities with transformation goals.
• Optimise Skills Development funding through grants, rebates and partnerships.
• Manage accreditation, registration and QA of learning programmes.
• Lead LMS governance, utilisation, quality and reporting.
• Establish and maintain Skills Development policies, standards and processes.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Oversee financial, human and other resources to deliver the operational plan.
