Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a permanent Training and Development Manager for the Roodepoort Lea Glen branch. You will lead learning and development across the unit and report to the HR Executive.

The role focuses on planning, directing and coordinating training activities to meet organizational needs. The position requires extensive L&D experience, qualifications, and a track record in budgeting, governance and talent management.

Qualifications

• BCom HR, ETDP and BA are required qualifications.
• Registered assessor is essential.
• Registered moderator is desirable.
• 5 years learning and development experience; 3+ years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a divisional training needs analysis in line with business needs.
• Develop and implement an annual learning and development plan.
• Monitor compliance and align internal training with audits.
• Manage the learning and development budget and resources.
• Support line managers with learning and development advice.
• Submit WSP and ATR in line with SETA requirements.
• Oversee talent, succession planning and appraisal processes.
• Measure programme impact and competency improvements.
