Job summary

Zutari is seeking a Skills Development Facilitator to coordinate WSP/ATR submissions, ensure compliance with SA legislation, and drive regional development initiatives. The role covers South Africa, Africa, and the Middle East, requiring strong governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, professional certification, and 4–6+ years of L&D experience, with proven SETA/CETA experience and LMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in HR, Education, Training and Development.
• Skills Development Facilitator qualification (or working towards completion).
• Certification in ETDP or equivalent is preferred.
• Registration with SABSA or an equivalent body is expected.
• 4–6+ years of experience in skills development or learning and development.
• Proven experience with SETA/CETA processes and WSP/ATR submissions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate WSP and ATR submissions to CETA.
• Ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act and B-BBEE requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CETA regs, grant funding, and changes.
• Liaise with CETA and manage submissions and queries.
• Monitor training budgets and ROI for learning initiatives.
• Manage learner registrations, assessments and certification processes.
• Schedule and organize internships and skills programs.
• Prepare skills development reports for management and regulatory bodies.
