Cashbuild Limited in Nkuzana seeks an experienced Store Manager for an internal applications role. You will lead the store, drive sales, ensure health and safety compliance and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on customer service, stock, and asset protection.

You must have Grade 12 and several years in retail management, strong leadership and HR capability, and the ability to work under pressure. Own transport and phone are preferred as travel between branches may be required.

Formación

• Grade 12 with 3+ years related retail management experience or 5+ years related retail management experience
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer literate with basic IT skills
• Strong leadership and administrative capabilities
• Own transport and valid driver’s license preferred; own phone
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety (OHSA)
• Strong Human Resources management skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a strategic store plan aligned with divisional goals
• Grow sales, transactions and market share within the store
• Ensure high-quality customer service and effective delivery standards
• Protect assets and control shrinkage; manage store safety
• Ensure relevant business licenses and compliance in line with country regulations
• Lead HR activities including succession planning and staff development
• Maintain housekeeping, merchandising and stock presentation standards
• Oversee stock ordering, receiving and obsolescence processes
• Adhere to CB Way controls and discipline; drive results under pressure
• Foster team engagement and employee relations to support objectives
