Qualifications

• Grade 12 with 3+ years retail management experience or 5+ years in related retail management.
• Strong business acumen and leadership abilities.
• Proven administrative and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of OHSA and health and safety in local legislation.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic store plan aligned with divisional goals.
• Grow sales, transactions and market share while meeting budgets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage loyalty programs.
• Maintain asset protection, stock control and security measures.
• Oversee OHSA compliance and store safety standards.
• Manage human resources, succession planning and staff relations.
• Ensure store standards, housekeeping and merchandising compliance.
• Plan, delegate and monitor daily operations under pressure.
