Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR operations/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SA labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits in remote/distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR Operations function for a remote-first, SA-wide workforce.
• Oversee HRIS administration, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll with external providers to ensure timely payments.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies to align with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
• Provide HR analytics and dashboards to senior leadership.
