Placements24 is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for a fully remote role in the FMCG sector. You will support sales teams by managing CRM data, generating reports, and assisting with order processing and contracts.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Sales Operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot, Excel, and cross‑functional collaboration with finance, marketing, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar role within FMCG.
• Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Generate regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for the sales leadership team.
• Support the sales team with order processing, quoting, and contract management.
• Assist in development and implementation of sales processes and tools to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues affecting sales.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate sales team meetings and training sessions related to sales operations.
• Maintain sales collateral and ensure easy access for the sales team.
• Provide first-line support for sales-related system inquiries.
