Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or data analysis in FMCG preferred.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• CRM experience (Salesforce) essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards for the national team.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from the sales team.
• Assist in refining sales processes and operational procedures.
• Analyze territories, segmentation and performance metrics; support forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in training sales team on tools and processes.
• Stay informed on FMCG market dynamics and best practices.
