Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in sales operations or analytical role in e-commerce/tech.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by managing and optimizing CRM systems with accuracy.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Assist in implementing and managing sales enablement tools.
• Streamline processes: lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting.
