Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes and support a global sales team. This fully remote role focuses on efficiency, data-driven insights, CRM management, and best-practice implementations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau. You will collaborate with marketing and finance to streamline workflows from any location in South Africa.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• ≥3 years in sales operations or analytical roles.
• Experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong data analysis skills with actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently remotely.
