Placements24 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a rapidly expanding FMCG company. This remote role oversees production planning, inventory, and logistics, driving efficiency and cost savings across multiple locations.

You will lead remote teams, implement lean and Six Sigma practices, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with sales and product teams to align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations management, FMCG preferred.
• Proven leadership of production, supply chain, and logistics.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and SCM software.
• Ability to manage remote teams and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead remote operations teams with high performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage the supply chain from procurement to distribution.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
