Job summary

Italtile in South Africa seeks a Senior HR Business Partner reporting to the Brand Leader to drive people strategy, mentor Store Operators, Sales, Warehouse and Ops teams, and influence a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple sites.

You will lead talent development, local governance and EE alignment, and partner with Group HC to deliver high-performance culture, employee engagement, and organisational change.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business or HR is required.
• Proven experience driving organizational change and influencing diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to coach and advise on HC goals and objectives.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve the workplace.
• Oversee HC governance and compliance across all stores and alignment with EE initiatives.
• Manage full employee lifecycle with focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Group HC and Operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work with Learning & Development to implement training for high-performance culture.
• Support sales and operations leadership to drive performance and growth.
• Provide advisory services as a trusted partner to the business.
• Lead and inspire teams through change in a complex, dynamic environment.
