Job summary

BPO in Cape Town seeks a strategic HR leader to standardize HR and Talent Management across Africa, partnering with Operations, TA, L&D, Total Rewards, HRIS and Compliance to drive workforce readiness and capability.

You will implement scalable governance, engagement programs, leadership development, and career pathways, ensuring consistent HR service delivery across sites while aligning people strategies with client delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead HR transformation and standardization initiatives across geographies.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs, policies, and practices across Africa to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with client delivery requirements.
• Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and high performance across sites.
• Establish governance and operational frameworks to enhance HR service delivery and workforce effectiveness.
• Oversee talent lifecycle strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
