Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll oversight, policy development and compliance, plus analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources.
• 5 years experience as HR Manager or similar.
• Strong recruitment skills with full-cycle experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic payroll knowledge; SAGE experience advantageous.
