Job summary

Tracker South Africa seeks a talented Human Capital Business Partner to service IT, Development and Engineering. You will translate business strategy into HC actions, advise line managers, manage recruitment, performance cycles and employee relations, and drive a high performing culture.

You will collaborate with the HC team to forecast talent needs, implement policies, and ensure legal compliance while supporting staff development and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or Industrial Psychology or equivalent qualification.
• MAP or similar Management Development Programme will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Human Capital Generalist.
• Strong employee relations experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Advising, coaching and supporting line managers and staff on employees on the full range of HC functions and services.
• Undertaking specific HC projects in consultation with line management to facilitate HC activities and improve client service.
• Providing timely HC management information and reporting.
• Lead staffing sourcing and recruitment for the business unit/department.
• Implement the full performance management cycle within the unit/department.
• Drive organisational culture and a great working environment at unit level.
• Identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.
• Implement Human Capital policies and procedures at unit level.
• Handle employee relations and dispute resolutions, including BCEA and Labour relations matters.
