Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handling budget allocation, bidding, testing, tracking and attribution you can trust, and crafting the 90-day roadmaps for each client.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
