Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgeting, and narrative on client calls, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handling bidding, testing, and measurement to drive ROAS and pipeline growth with an emphasis on client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
