You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, testing, conversion tracking and the quarterly roadmap, with focus on retention and upsell in long-term client

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrative.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
