Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a mix of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, and the narrative during client discussions, serving as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, and test and optimize to improve ROAS while maintaining clear communication with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Coordinate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Own the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
