Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping budgets, strategy and narratives on client calls. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle attribution with GA4 and tag manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps that drive ROAS and pipeline growth. A 3+ year track record on Google Ads/Meta and agency experience are essential, with clear

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
