Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice in discussions.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear spoken English for US client calls.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication for live calls with US clients.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Proven track record improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and defend 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and report impact.
• Track conversions and ensure reliable GA4, tag manager and pixel setup.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
