Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgeting, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice. This is a remote, full-time role working with international clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing ROAS and pipeline metrics while communicating clearly on live calls with US clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
