Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, campaign roadmaps, and client storytelling during calls.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency multi-client experience. This remote role collaborates with US/Canada/South Africa clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can show.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
