Job summary

Netstar in Midrand, Gauteng, is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own high-value rental accounts. You will drive retention, identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer voice is represented across operations and technical teams.

You will manage strategic accounts, lead regular reviews, and collaborate with Sales to support renewals and growth within SLA-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Key Account Management or related roles.
• Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive or services environments.
• Proven track record in customer retention, account growth and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor for high-value rental accounts and conduct regular business reviews.
• Drive portfolio revenue, retention and profitability through upsell and cross-sell activities.
• Oversee end-to-end service quality against contractual SLAs and manage escalations.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Field Services and Operations for installations and rollout projects.
