Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Cape Town seeks a Key Account Manager to ensure the client relationship is managed effectively and day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will coordinate with internal teams to address tracking portal queries, fitments, repairs, and invoicing within the SLA.

Responsibilities include maintaining the client database, preparing reports, training customer branches on the fleet portal and app, and proactively sourcing new business in the Reseller & Fitment Centre channel

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a similar Key Account Manager role.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Telematics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Address queries related to tracking portal, fitments, repairs, and billing.
• Prepare and present reports to customers and assist with internal reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile client databases; update anomalies.
• Coordinate new fitments, repairs, de-installations, and reinstallations.
• Provide training to customer branches on fleet portal/app.
• Forecast stock and assist with budgeting.
• Source and secure new business in Reseller & Fitment Centre channel.
• Maintain relationships at all levels; territory management.
