Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead relationships with our major industrial clients in the Rustenburg region. You will coordinate internal resources to deliver tailored solutions and drive strategic account growth.

You will manage complex portfolios, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in key account management or senior sales, preferably industrial supplies.
• Proven ability to manage corporate client portfolios and relationships.
• Strong knowledge of industrial products and client solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key industrial clients in Rustenburg, North West.
• Act as main contact for accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical support to ensure seamless service.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the industrial sector.
• Aim to exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts.
