Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner focused on Employee Relations for an on-site role in George, Western Cape. You will advise management, handle grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions and ensure legislative compliance under BCEA, LRA and EEA while aligning HR policies with business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience with a significant focus on employee relations and HR business partnering.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SAQA) and CCMA procedures.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary processes.
• Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Ability to provide strategic HR advice to business leaders.

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct investigations into workplace issues ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
