Placements24 is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support technology and product teams in Sandton, Gauteng. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent initiatives, organization design, performance, and employee relations in a high-growth fintech environment.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years HR experience, with 4 years in an HRBP capacity for tech or product teams. A hybrid work setup and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred and experience.
• 6+ years HR experience with 4+ years as HR Business Partner for tech/product teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to business units, aligning HR with objectives.
• Manage full employee lifecycle for tech teams including recruitment and development.
• Guide compensation, benefits, and reward strategies in the tech market.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and ensure compliant workplace in Sandton.
• Support organizational design and change management, including restructuring.
