Placements24 is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing technology division in Pretoria. You will align HR initiatives with engineering and IT teams, driving talent development, performance management, and a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Partner with tech leadership to craft talent strategies, improve employee engagement, and implement data-driven HR solutions across recruitment, retention, and organizational design in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years as HR Business Partner, ideally supporting technology/engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of tech industry talent landscape and challenges.
• Experience in talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations.

Mansioni

• Act as a primary HR contact for designated technology departments, providing strategic partnership and guidance.
• Develop and implement tailored talent management strategies for tech roles, including recruitment, retention, and development.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design specific to tech teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend data-driven HR solutions.
