Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive organizational transformation from Randburg in a hybrid role. You will partner with senior leaders to execute HR strategies that support change and growth, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and engagement during transformation.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP, strong SA labour law knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience, with 3+ years as HRBP
• Experience in leading or supporting organizational transformation/change management projects
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders for transformation initiatives
• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies during change
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning aligned with transformation goals
• Manage employee relations and engagement strategies during transitions
• Develop and execute transformation-related HR communications
• Analyze HR metrics to assess impact of transformation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HR support for initiatives
• Provide coaching on change management to managers and employees
• Ensure compliance with SA labour laws throughout transformation phases
• Champions continuous improvement and adaptability
