Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment consultancy or internal talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver on mandates.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
