Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals in Midrand, Gauteng. You will advise senior leadership, drive talent management, and foster positive employee relations across the region.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years HR experience, including 3+ years in a Senior HRBP role, with strong SA labour law knowledge and proven stakeholder management. This role offers strategic impact in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRPL) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior HR BP role.
• Experience handling complex employee relations investigations and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support goals and engagement.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolutions per policy and law.
• Develop talent management programs including succession planning and leadership development.
• Partner with recruitment to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives with clear stakeholder communication.
