The ideal candidate has a Master’s in HR or Industrial Psychology, 7+ years of HR experience (3+ as HRBP), and a proven track record of delivering HR initiatives aligned with business strategy in South

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years as HR Business Partner.
• Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Excellent consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR solutions.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement strategies and manage employee relations.
• Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and HR policies.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to deliver services to designated business units in George.
