The role emphasizes ownership and performance-driven decision making. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics, and maintain strong client communication on live calls

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multiple clients.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategy, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
