You will manage Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; handle budgeting, bidding, testing, and campaign cessation decisions; ensure reliable tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels; craft

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
